Please note, all competitors must sign and return an insurance waiver in order to complete the registration process. Competitors under 18 must have parental consent. Please provided a signed copy of insurance waiver form for each entrant and a payment of $10 per entrant for early registration on/before April 30, 2014 7 pm EST ($25 per entrant for late registration check website for details). If competitor is over the age of 18 waiver can be submitted on day of the competition during the registration period.
